Spa Toronto Four Seasons: The Cloud 9 Oasis is a new summer terrace in Toronto

The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto and the Four Seasons Spa at Four Seasons Toronto were pleased to announce a new feature, The Spa Toronto Four Seasons.

On July 10, 2020, the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has opened its doors. The Cloud 9 Oasis, a seasonal terrace of the Four Seasons Toronto, was also launched at the same time.

The inviting patio awaits guests after a peaceful treatment at the Spa, providing an outdoor retreat where they can enjoy a glass of champagne or a good book. The Spa Terrace, perched atop Yorkville’s skyline, has a new healthy cuisine developed by the dedicated restaurant and bar crew. Guests may indulge and unwind guilt-free with seasonal delicacies like a vibrant mezze selection with taro chips and containing muhammara, beetroot hummus, marinated olives, and veggies crudités, or the fresh tuna ceviche with mango, tuna, avocado, chopped red onion, and infused coconut milk.

Only residents, Hotel guests, and Spa guests have access to the Cloud 9 Oasis menu, which is available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the Spa Terrace. This is conditional on availability.

As guests return to the brand’s worldwide flagship, they are guided by the Lead With Care program and its increased health and safety precautions. The Lead With Care program, which is based on healthcare knowledge and supported by cutting-edge technology and resources, is dedicated to providing the highest level of care, confidence, and comfort to all Spa Toronto Four Seasons guests, residents, and employees. Here’s where you can learn more about the Four Seasons Lead With Care program.

MORE RESORTS AND HOTELS

“Our customers’ wellness has never been more important than it is now,” says Victoria Nickle, senior director of the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto’s spa. “We think about so much more than the product or therapy; it’s about the overall experience, from the operation of our facilities to the wellness programs we provide.”

Guests entering the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto embark on a trip through an atmosphere that has a one-of-a-kind, handmade feel that reflects the hotel’s essence. The attention to detail seen in the exhibits, rugs, lighting, and art exemplifies this distinctiveness. The guest is greeted upon entering the spa by original artwork produced by Montreal ceramic artist Pascale Girardin, who is exhibited throughout the hotel. Each design element has been meticulously selected to contribute to the overall guest experience.

The area is grounded by the undulating brass reception desk, which is matched with an ethereal chandelier created by Toronto artist Alissa Coe and her colleagues. Owner Shahid Khan’s early job as a bumper designer inspired the shape of the reception desk.

The overarching motifs of the new Spa treatments are the therapeutic benefits of stone, and the carefully designed display cases create the backdrop for the personalized line of products. These carefully chosen features combine to provide a magnificent, rejuvenating environment that is representative of the Hotel’s reputation. Members of the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto’s original design, architecture, engineering, and construction team reconnected creatively for the revisioning of the new Spa, demonstrating the original team’s respect and trust. Alison McNeil, Principal of Design at DIALOG, says, “I was thrilled that we were invited back to build on the design narrative of the space, and I appreciated the creative challenges that were given.”

The spa is also introducing new trademark treatments that emphasize the newest trends while also catering to what spa clients want: wellbeing from the inside out. The new Rose Gold Facial (75 minutes) is an oxygen-boosting treatment that tones and tightens skin using rose quartz crystals. The entire experience hydrates and refreshes the skin, eliminating wrinkles and restoring young elasticity.

The Lime & Macadamia Scrub (60 minutes) has a macadamia crème lime-blossom foundation and is made with responsibly obtained cane sugar. The scrub not only cleanses and softens the skin but also increases blood flow to the skin’s surface.

The Himalayan Salt Stone Massage (60 minutes) uses organic whipped shea butter and has delightfully calming effects that nourish, rejuvenate, and detoxify the body. The 6ix Facial (60 minutes) is a six-step treatment designed specifically for men to boost the skin’s natural protection mechanism.
